Tips on How to Lose Weight Effectively

Many of us wantÂ’s to lose weight effectively but we canÂ’t do it motivate. Obesity is the result of our increasing food intake more than four times a day. Obesity is defined as body weight 20% or more above ideal weight. Obesity presents serious health problem including high blood pressure, heart attack, stroke and a lot more. People who are obese are often discriminated against in social, educational and employment settings. But the question is how we can lose weight in just a month?

Tips on How to Lose Weight Effectively

People who are obese are often discriminated against in social, educational and employment settings. But the question is how we can lose weight in just a month?

And this is my tips…

1. Discipline Yourself

First things first we need to discipline to work what we need to have. Don’t lose your concentration! Think that you can do it, you need to focus on whatever you do and your effort will be paid off.

2. Motivate Your Self

In any ways motivation is one of the factors to done what ever want to be made. Place a picture of your visualize image for yourself or the picture of your sexy image before.

3. Be Athletic

We know guys how boring to exercise with dumbbell or anything in the gym. Make your sports as your exercise; you don’t need to go in your gym and weigh all those dumbbell , you just need to call your friends hangout or play sports in your backyard like basketball, badminton, tennis and sports you like. Sports are really FUN.

4. Join Sports Activity

Joining sports activity are much enjoyable than go to the gym. Lead your family to join any sport events and encourage them that health is wealth, it is fun it will help you to lose your weight.

5. Eat only two times a day

Eat only two times a day is not bad for our health; eat only brunch and dinner have some snack if you’re hungry but not too much. Enough is enough
